Return Policy
We have a standard 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of your delivery date, providing the following:

Items are unused and in the same condition that they arrived in, including original packaging.

You have proof of purchase for the order.

Upon accepting your return request, we will give you information on how to return your package.
Damages
Upon delivery of your items, please inspect the packaging, and contact us if any items appear damaged.

Under the Consumer Rights Act (2015), you have right to return goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. Please notify us immediately if you have any queries about your order. If you are returning damaged goods, please contact us and we will arrange collection.
Refunds
Once you have requested a refund, we will process it and approve or decline it in accordance with our policy. We will then contact you with our decision. If the refund request has been approved, we will return the funds on your original payment method.
Exchanges
Whilst we do not offer direct exchange between products, please speak to a ,member of our team to discuss returning your items and ordering replacement items.
