Section 3- Prices and Payments
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT and other taxes, unless otherwise stated. All amounts due to the company should be paid in advance and prior to dispatch for delivery. All payments should be paid in GB Pound Sterling.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may cancel or limit quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same name, the same customer account, the same credit card, and/ or the same billing address. We also reserve the right to limit or refuse order that we deem, in our judgement, to be placed by resellers or distributors.

Section 4 - Delivery
We will arrange delivery of the Customer's orders to the delivery address given when placing the order. Delivery dates and times are only estimates and may be subject to change due to circumstances outside of our control.

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle. The Customer is solely responsible for arranging and carrying out the safe offloading of the delivered goods. The delivery team will not be liable for any damages that occur during the offloading process, as this is the responsibility of the Customer.

Risk in the goods passes to the Customer once the goods have arrived at the delivery location, and are ready for offloading. From this point onwards, the customer is fully responsible for handling, storage and use of the goods.

​If delivery cannot be completed due to lack of access, absence of an authorised recipient, or failure to arrange for offloading, We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery and any additional costs incurred.

It is the Customer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery, please notify us immediately if there are any issues with your order.
Section 5 - Important Notice of Warranty Exclusions
The products available on our store should only be installed by qualified electricians. We will not be to honour any warranties on any equipment purchased if it has been attempted to be installed by unqualified personnel. Installation of the equipment should be treated like any other electrical works, and could be subject to building control regulations.
Section 6 - Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that our website, or any of its functions will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HPC Design & Build Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total value paid by the customer for that specific order.
